Developing together
A shared purpose.
Complementary strengths.
The future of significant art brings cultural responsibility and technological development together. PARAGON invites art institutions, foundations and specialist partners to shape that future through concrete projects.

Clear roles. Shared outcomes.
Every work brings together research, interpretation, rights, collection care and technology. A lasting collaboration makes these contributions visible and keeps responsibility with the people and institutions entrusted with each task.
PARAGON
PARAGON contributes technological expertise, shapes the charitable programme and translates the needs of the art world into system design, applications and technical specifications. The Foundation connects institutional collaboration with its long-term cultural purpose.
SQARES
Our technology partner develops the technical environment and contributes the Q-Token Standard. Architecture, interfaces and implementation are aligned with the agreed task.
Institutional and specialist partners
Partners contribute works, sources, expertise and curatorial perspectives. They retain responsibility for their content and programmes, including the necessary rights and approvals.
Concrete tasks open up new possibilities.
A selected work, a body of work or a clearly defined process can provide a starting point. The shared infrastructure is intended to help institutions make knowledge more accessible, coordinate rights and develop additional offerings around their collections.
Mind, Presence and Agency connect professional knowledge with presentation and authorised action. Each institution’s purpose determines which benefits matter most.
Museums and foundations
Bring records and research together, coordinate loans and approvals, and extend professionally curated digital programmes.
Galleries, auction houses and collections
Connect information and authority for the acquisition, transfer and continuing care of a work. Existing relationships and services remain part of the collaboration.
Artists and rights holders
Maintain traceable authorised information and conditions of use, and develop new opportunities for image licences, presentations and other agreed uses.

From a shared objective to a useful application.
We begin by clarifying the intended benefit, the specialists involved and the available information about the works. These foundations define a manageable project with agreed contributions, responsibilities and outcomes that can be assessed.
Rights, access and publication are agreed alongside the technical implementation. The participants then evaluate the application against the original task. Observations about quality, effort and use inform its further development.
Continuity is part of the project: information maintenance, support, interfaces and export need a clear framework. Each institution's identity and curatorial responsibility remain visible throughout.
Institutional licences and interfaces are intended to support independent use within existing systems. Partners can build their own programmes, services and authorised licensing offerings on this foundation. Reduced coordination effort, additional offerings and potential revenue contribute to lasting value; specific services and participation are agreed for each project.
Which question would you like to explore?
We welcome conversations about works, institutional programmes and specific technological questions. An initial discussion connects your priorities with the possibilities of joint development.
Our public introduction outlines the vision. For a deeper discussion, we can explore the detailed institutional concept and relevant applications together.
